Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many people will this produce box feed?

This is a common question and it depends on how much produce your household consumes (i.e. whether you're vegetarian, if you're going to supplement your diet with things like bananas, oranges, and other non-local produce).

2. Will your box supply all the produce needs of my family?

Many families will find that the box suits their needs. But, others may want to supplement based on current dietary recommendations (half your plate should be vegetables and fruits).

3. Are the bi-weekly produce boxes customizable?

Subject to change and suggestions, we will have three choices: Boxes A, B, or C.

We will also have add-on items (in the future) such as jams, breads, etc.

We will post a list by Wed/Thurs for the week ahead. We ask that any changes/adjustments be made by Sunday night for Thursday deliveries, if possible. We will work with our valued customers as much as possible!

4. Is there any way to get extra quantities of certain items to preserve?

Yes, you can ask to be notified when we have specials on bulk quantities.

5. How much does our CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) produce box delivery cost?

One box is $50 and is available twice a month. You can schedule for home delivery for the first and third Thursday OR the second and fourth Thursday.

6. What are your cancellation and credit/refund policies?

Weekly orders may be cancelled 4 days before your delivery day (or moved to a future week). Email us.

We will replace or refund produce that doesn’t meet your standards, but no credits/refunds for missed pickups or last‑minute cancellations.
